About Us

Arrow Special Parts has been established in 1985 when Giorgio Giannelli made real his project of realising a company specialised in competition exhausts. During the followings years Arrow started to commercialise off-road bike exhaust systems and handlebars, designed and realised with the direct co-operation of the most prestigious riders in this field, such as the 125 MX World Champion Michele Rinaldi. After two years, Arrow was already receiving the first acknowledgements for the quality of its products, starting from the 500 World Champion title won with the Belgian rider Georges Jobč. The exhaust and silencer line for 2 stroke engines has been soon combined with a specific line for 4 stroke Enduros, tested throughout the exhausting Paris-Dakar race .Which saw Arrow winning in the 1988 edition with Edi Orioli on Honda.

In the following years Arrow enlarged its horizons designing exhaust systems for road bikes, joining the experience obtained on off-road race tracks with the one gained on the Road Race GP and World Superbike circuits where the Race Lab, a real dyno testing room on wheels, Arrow exclusive, is at the moment a technical reference for the final set-up of the bike on the track up to the very beginning of the race. A strategic choice which has dramatically helped the R&D department and the setting up of future goals, providing our already highly skilled staff with the most technologically advanced tools.

In the Superbike as well as in the Supersport championships Arrow exhausts have been leaders with several outsiders, such as Fred Merkel, Aaron Slight, Colin Edwards, Pierfrancesco Chili, Stephane Chambon. Looking at the list of the World titles obtained over the last few years, highlighted by names such as Eddie Lawson, Max Biaggi, Kevin Schwantz, Mick Doohan e Alex Criville, is clearly visible the high level of performance and quality reached by our products. A mix of advanced technology, absolute reliable materials, experience and qualified resources made us reach the highest quality levels in the market.

Nowadays Arrow has the widest range of high-performance special exhausts for every bike, from scooters to street bikes, and a full range of EU Road Approved models. To reach these results Arrow focuses on an intense technological research program supported by a precious collaboration with international teams and riders which brought excellent sport results and a unique experience.

Arrow Special Parts has also been the absolute leader of MX500 world championship, where, with its exhausts specifically designed for 4 strokes last generation motocross bikes won the World Title with Andrea Bartolini in 1999, Joel Smets in 2000 and Stefan Everts from 2001 to 2006.

Arrow list of victories becomes richer and richer as years go by: in 2004 comes the first SS Title with Karl Muggeridge, while Everts goes on with his dominance in MX class. In 2005 Arrow grabs 4 titles: the most wanted is obviously the SBK World Titles, with Troy Corser, followed by another win by Everts in MX1, Charpentier's SS title and the S1 SuperMoto Title won by Delepine. The same in 2006, with 4 titles won by Charpentier (SS), Polita (STK1000), Simeon (STK600) and Everts, who closed his career with the 10th World Title. 2007 season ends with Arrow at the top of SBK and SS Champioships, with Toseland (SBK) and Sofuoglu (SS). Moreover, Arrow ruled also in SuperMotard, where Husqvarna's riders Delepine and Chareyre won respectively S2 and S1 World Titles. In Off-Road Demaria won the MX3 2007 World Championship.
In 2008 season 3 new titles increased the list of Arrow’s victories: Pitt in SuperSport, Chareyre in Supermotard S2 and Phlippaerts in MX1.
2010 ended with the title in World Championship SuperSport, rider Kenan Sofuoglu.
